This is a key role within the organisation, where you will be responsible for delivering expert advice, support, and guidance on all aspects of health and safety across the business, from site staff to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: -Provide clear, practical health and safety advice to directors, managers, and site teams -Conduct site visits and audits to ensure compliance with current legislation and company policies -Promote a strong health and safety culture throughout the organisation -Support the development and implementation of H&S policies and procedures Requirements: -NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate -Experience working as a Health & Safety Advisor within the housebuilding or residential construction sector -IOSH membership (or working towards) is desirable -Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels -Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites as required What’s on Offer: - Competitive salary - Car allowance - Excellent benefits package - Opportunity to work with a market-leading business known for quality and safety This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a respected organisation that values health and safety at every level
