Full time Finance and Admin Assistant
required on a permanent basis, to join the team that is part of an Innovative Engineering Company.
Working 39hrs per week
Salary will depend on experience and will be £25,000 - £30,000.
The role will involve working within an existing team in a very busy office.
Duties will include but are not restricted to:
* Working with Sage50
* Working with our Job Costing System - training will be provided
* Credit Control
* Managing Aged Creditors/Debtors
* Entering/Posting Invoices
* Creating Payment Runs
* VAT Return Checks
* Update and Maintain Fixed Asset Register
* Payroll Checks
* Other Adhoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of Accounting Software
* Excellent attention to detail
* Great organisational skills
* Ability to work independently as well as with others
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
* Admin Experience
* An understanding of the CIS scheme is desirable but not essential
