Warehouse Manager

Day-to-day of the role:
* Take full ownership of the day-to-day running, efficiency, and development of the warehouse.
* Lead operational improvements using lean practices and continuous-improvement methods.
* Ensure full stock accuracy, including conducting an annual stock count and managing variance investigations.
* Set and deliver operational targets aligned with the business strategy.
* Manage and control direct costs, including transport and packaging.
* Train, develop, and motivate a small warehouse team.
* Report KPIs and performance metrics to senior management.
* Implement and maintain robust warehouse procedures.
* Oversee all daily warehouse operations, ensuring optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Operations Leader.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team and introducing process improvements.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused manufacturing environment.
* Highly organised, decisive, and proactive.
* Capable of balancing multiple priorities and solving operational challenges.
