Experience is not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with all the necessary skills and knowledge. Our thorough training program ensures that you will be well-prepared to handle all aspects of the role. Key responsibilities: Accept and process all new claims from insurers, confirming appropriate cover Contact our branch network or renters to gather comprehensive information about alleged incidents for appropriate response Ensure any new claims from the branch network that include personal injury are promptly submitted to our insurer with full supporting documentation Identify non-fault claims where we can recover losses from a third party or their insurer Address customer queries via phone or email regarding their uninsured losses Ideal candidate: We are seeking someone with a keen eye for detail who can accurately identify vehicle damage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and work well independently and as a team player.
