GBR Recruitment Ltd are delighted to be working exclusively with a major Distribution & Logistics company based in Central Lincolnshire recruiting for an experienced permanent Warehouse Operative (several vacancies) to join their well established team, working mainly Days & Late shifts, but there will be some Night shift working too (nights is on call / standby only, so you will sometimes be called to work & sometimes you will stay at home on full pay). APPLICANTS MUST HAVE STRONG IT / WMS SKILLS as lots of warehouse systems usage / administrative tasks involved in this role Flexibility in terms of hours you are prepared to work is a must, as the client works a 4 week roster system with different start & finish times, across differing week days. Days shifts will be 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday, Lates will be 11:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday & Nights will be 20:00 - 08:00 Thursday, Friday & Sunday or Tuesday, Wednesday & Saturday, with shifts being week 1 on Days, weeks 2 & 3 paid on call for Nights (paid if you work or not) & week 4 on Lates, makes up the 4 week roster.
