Job Description:
Objective / Purpose of the Department
The Team Leader is responsible for directing workflow within the warehouser in accordance with the Supervisors instruction, facilitating the inbound, outbound, value-added services and fulfilment elements of the warehouse

* Track employee hours in account to provide feedback
* Direct team of employees for one or more accounts in the warehouse
* Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labour requirements for rework projects
Key Activities

* Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules, labour
* Conduct site inductions and manage SOP sign off
* Ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition
