Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Administrative Assistant at our offices in Southampton. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing support to the broker team. The role will also involve assisting with client enquiries, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth office operations on a daily basis.


Qualifications

* Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence management, and record keeping
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience in finance or related fields is a plus
