Senior Oracle HFM Lead (Technical & Functional) - Permenant position

Overview Seeking an experienced Oracle HFM Lead to stabilise, optimise, and transform a complex global HFM environment. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strong finance partnership to improve consolidation accuracy, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HFM stabilisation, optimisation, and roadmap delivery
* Resolve FX, consolidation, and close-cycle issues
* Own HFM architecture (rules, metadata, performance)
* Partner with Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
* Manage third-party vendors and governance across the platform
Skills & Experience
* 8+ years Oracle HFM experience
* Strong HFM rules (VBScript), consolidation, and FX expertise
* Experience in global, multi-entity environments
* Knowledge of FDMEE, performance tuning, and data management
* Solid understanding of group consolidation processes
