Job Description
What You’ll Earn
* £44,252 basic salary
* OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
* Shift premiums :
o £10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)
o £15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
* Weekend premiums :
o £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
o £2,060/year for both
* Compensation paid after 11 hours
* Night out allowance
* Overtime available if you want extra shifts
The Role
You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands:
* Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
* Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
* Regular trunking between Culina group sites
* Minimal handball
* Occasional nights out
Shift pattern: 5 on / 3 off — giving you better work‑life balance.
