We are excited to welcome a Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will dive into the fascinating world of AI and contribute to building cutting edge technology solutions for our clients while partnering with seasoned professionals who are excited to share their knowledge and expertise with you to support your growth and progression. As a Junior Business Analyst, you’ll be part of a collaborative environment where creative ideas flourish and every team member plays a crucial role in driving success and innovation.
From gathering and analysing data to contributing to project documentation, you’ll be involved in various phases of the project life cycle, gaining valuable hands-on experience and developing your analytical, technical and consultancy skills. Your insights will help us refine our solutions and enhance customer satisfaction, making you an essential part of the team. This role will involve diligent requirements gathering and undertaking evaluation activities to ensure clear, aligned requirements are documented, while spearheading on all process mapping and process improvement / optimisation activities to support solution evaluation and recommendations.
If you have a passion for technology, a curious mind, and the desire to grow your skills in a supportive and progressive environment we would love to hear from you! We are looking to hire someone with around 2- 4 years of experience working in a similar Business Analyst role with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, a sound base understanding of business analysis tools, techniques and processes and ideally a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
