Job Title: Advanced Grade Occupational Therapist – Adult Social Care Reablement Service (Full Time, Permanent)

Job Summary
We are recruiting for a full‑time position for an Advanced Grade Occupational Therapist to join our teams in Adult Social Care Reablement service.
What you will do
* Receive referrals and enable decisions with service users regarding their planned Reablement service.
* Carry a caseload as allocated, with support of regular professional clinical supervision.
* Work closely with Team Managers, Team Leaders, Senior Reablement Workers, and other therapists.
* Provide OT assessment and intervention to adults with physical and cognitive difficulties, many of whom have complex physical and/or psychosocial needs.
* Prescribe equipment and adaptations in accordance with relevant legislation, to enable people to remain in their home setting, in line with the Bristol City Council department policies.
Additional support:
* Full induction, supervision from experienced colleagues, opportunities for training and continuous professional development.
* We provide regular OT specific learning and development activities and offer additional payment for practice educators supporting student placements.
Requirements
