We’re working with a commercially focused property consultancy looking to add an Assistant or Town Planner to their growing team. You’ll gain exposure to high-profile clients across sectors including data centres, leisure, industrial and retail.

What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing planning appraisals
* Supporting senior consultants on major schemes
* Managing smaller projects independently
* Attending client meetings and site visits
* Liaising with internal and external consultants
* Building relationships through networking and events
Who we’re looking for:
Candidates with a minimum 12 months of planning experience (public or private sector). Also, ambition, commercial awareness and strong communication skills are key.
