The role is varied, covering all areas of HR - from recruitment and training to employment casework and attendance management. This is a site-based role on Castlereagh Road, Belfast. About the Company We produce leading UK bakery brands including Kingsmill, Sunblest and Allinson's. At our Belfast site, we make a range of breads such as 50/50, Batch and Veda, along with pancakes, soda and potato bread. Improve engagement and culture through communication. Maintain employee relations and partner with shop stewards. Deliver training and coach managers. Handle HR admin and SuccessFactors updates. Support change programmes. Lead site training needs and delivery. Promote H&S and wellbeing; lead MHFA and Dignity & Diversity Champions.
