Role: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Downpatrick, Co. Down
Salary: £35,000-£45,000 + benefits
Setup: Full-time | Flexible working available
This role will involve analysis, design and implementation of business systems solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with process design and stakeholder negotiation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
What you'll do:
Support and develop business systems, including ERP and MES
Analyse user needs and turn them into smart system solutions
Provide 2nd-line support and training for internal teams
Drive process improvements and identify new tech opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Create clear documentation and change requests
Help reduce environmental impact through smarter systems
What you'll bring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting or delivering business systems
Confident working with internal stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated with a proactive, hands-on approach
Familiarity with ERP or large-scale systems
Calm under pressure and focused on solutions
Full driving licence
Bonus if you have:
Experience with ERP in manufacturing or food environments
Exposure to SI, Marel Innova, or BC365
Relevant degree or industry certification
