We’re recruiting for a Part‑time Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouse team based at Paranova Print and Packaging’s St Neots site. Key Areas of Responsibility
* File courier paperwork / PODs
* Liaising with relevant departments such as Credit Control and Accounts
* Working with the warehouse department to ensure:
o Accuracy of customer stocks
o Orders are picked on time
o Orders are ready to be despatched
o The communication of required stock adjustments
* Support the CSE function through clear communication of possible delivery failures in line with Paranova Print and Packaging standards of service.
* Covering the Transport Coordinator and other areas of the departments as and when required
* Filing and general administration within the office
* Assisting the Despatch Supervisor with Warehouse stock issues
* To fully understand and have knowledge of the Radius system and its use in all aspects of the Warehouse and Despatch departments as per training given and courier booking systems
* Contacting couriers and dealing with queries
* Processing stock dump requests
* Other duties will be required to meet the prevailing needs of the job role and business
