We’re based in gorgeous offices with on-site parking, and we pride ourselves on our flexible, supportive, and collaborative environment.\n\nThis role is part-time (ideally 3 days per week, but we’re open to flexibility) and covers a variety of finance tasks. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and a genuinely lovely place to work.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Process weekly payroll and pension payments\n\n * Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns\n\n * Manage purchase and sales ledgers\n\n * Handle bank reconciliations and journal entries\n\n * Coordinate insurance renewals and obtain quotations\n\n * Oversee day-to-day accounts up to trial balance\n\n * Provide regular management reports\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n\n * Strong experience in accounts and payroll\n\n * Proficiency with Sage\n\n * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills\n\n * A friendly, flexible attitude and the ability to work independently\n\nWhat We Offer:\n\n * Flexible hours (ideally spread over 3 days — Mondays essential)\n\n * A warm, fun, and supportive team\n\n * On-site parking\n\n * Lovely offices in the desirable S11 area\n\n * A role with genuine autonomy and variety\n\nWe’re a close-knit team, so your ideas and input will be valued from the start.
