We are pleased to share an opportunity for someone to us as a Housing Manager. As a Housing Manager, you will lead and a develop a team and support the Head of Housing to deliver our housing strategy and our vision, Housing Made Simple. I n this role you will lead the Rent Function Team. You will be the subject matter expert for your service area, ensuring the function meets all regulatory and legislative requirements. Taking a coaching approach to empower your team to deliver an outstanding housing management service to our tenants. Whilst supporting the team to resolve complex enquiries. You’ll encourage your team to be autonomous and be confident in their decision making, driven by doing the right thing for our customers and our business. You will support your manager to lead on our vision, Housing Made Simple, to make it as easy as possible for tenants to rent their homes whilst ensuring we are compliant with the law, legislation and Flagship’s policies and procedures. Permanent | Full Time | 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Norwich Office Base | Agile Working Location: Office based, any Flagship Office. Travel to other offices will be required. We have offices in the following locations: Norwich, Melton / Woodbridge and Bury St. Edmunds. What we're looking for Applications are welcomed for the role of Housing Manager from those with extensive housing management experience, preferably in social housing. You must be able to lead and develop a team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and resources to carry out their roles. With demonstrable experience of continuous improvement, of shaping the future direction of the team and wider business. Able to analyse and interpret data to understand and improve performance. You will need to be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, have or be willing to study towards a CIH 4 - Housing Qualification and have a full valid Driving Licence.
