Electrical Estimator required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimations and pre-contract administration.

This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong electrical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory.

Requirements:

1. Substantial estimating / tendering background within building services.
2. Electrical bias with good mechanical awareness.
3. Experience of managing multiple tenders.
4. Ability to read AutoCad drawings.

Package:

1. Total earning £66,000 to £76,000.
2. Base salary £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
3. Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent).
4. £6000 car allowance.
5. 33 days holiday.
