This is a high:quality B and I operation with a strong focus on premium hospitality, including chefs table dining and high:end events. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Hospitality Sous Chef with Michelin or fine dining experience looking to move into a structured, Monday:Friday environment while still delivering exceptional food.

* Up to A GBP 42,000 per annum

The operation
* High:end B and I contract catering site with a strong hospitality focus.

The role
* Support the Head Chef in delivering premium hospitality and daily food offer.
* Lead high:end chefs table experiences and refined dining events.
* Oversee hospitality preparation and execution to Michelin:level standards.
* Support day:to:day kitchen operations across B and I service and events.
* Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency.
* Assist with ordering, stock control, food cost and compliance.
The Sous Chef
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef within contract catering or hospitality:led B and I sites.
* Strong Michelin or fine dining background if possible.
* Reliable, consistent and committed to long:term roles.
