About this Role
Are you a Customer Service Executive, Fleet Coordinator or Rental Controller looking for your next step, or an experienced administrator ready to move into the truck and trailer rental sector? This Customer Service Executive role sits at the heart of branch operations, balancing customer interaction with fleet management to keep vehicles moving and customers supported.
* Managing the day to day hire process, including vehicle check in and check out inspections.
* Ensuring trucks and trailers are roadworthy, compliant, clean and ready for hire.
* Coordinating maintenance, MOT schedules and repairs to minimise downtime.
* Communicating with customers around damage, servicing and vehicle availability.
* Supporting invoicing, rental agreements and general branch administration.
About You
You enjoy being organised, hands on and working in a fast paced environment where no two days look the same. You might not tick every box, but if you have transferable skills and a proactive mindset, we would love to hear from you.
* Full UK driving licence is essential.
* Experience in customer service, transport, logistics or a similar environment.
* Confident using systems such as Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as part of a busy branch.
