FutureofLabcorp About the Team: The Immunochemistry Operations team plays a vital role in supporting drug development by performing bioanalytical sample analysis for our clients. Using a range of ELISA-based methodologies, we generate pharmacokinetic profiles for novel drug compounds, helping to advance innovative therapies from research to reality. Internship Assignment Summary: Performing analytical analysis on large drug molecule products utilizing the ligand binding and immunochemistry analytical techniques; such as ELISA and MSD® Working as part of a team alongside other lab analysts, study managers and project managers to perform analysis in accordance with GLP regulatory requirements. Performing sample preparation and extraction for analysis, following strict method guidelines. Data processing and performing additional analysis depending on the results obtained. As well as working on process improvement projects for the division to ensure the best possible service is delivered. Education/Qualifications/Skills: Working towards bachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline – i.e. Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, Biomedical Science etc. Has experience delivering projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues.
