Description
Davies is seeking a Planning and Support Administrator to join our Motor Engineering team in Bolton. In this role, you will plan engineers' routes, book inspections, and support customers. You should be a great communicator, well-organised, and dedicated to providing professional and empathetic service.
What will your day look like:
* Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
* Arranging inspections with customers
* Handling queries from customers, insurance companies, and repair garages
* Liaising with garages via email and telephone
* Inputting data and accepting new jobs onto the database
* Route planning for field engineers
* Ensuring work is performed within SLA
Knowledge and Abilities:
* Professional and adaptable communication style—both written and verbal
* Efficient administrative skills
* Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
* Proactive attitude and enthusiastic approach
There are no specific qualifications required for this role. While previous industry experience is welcome, we value transferable skills and qualities here at Davies.
