Salary: £22.00 - £23.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Plasterer to join a leading housing provider. In this role, you will deliver high-quality repairs, refurbishments, and maintenance services across social housing properties for local authorities and housing associations.
Responsibilities:
* Carrying out plastering repairs to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces within social housing properties
* Working on both reactive repairs and planned maintenance
* Ensuring all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high quality
* Liaising with tenants and team members to complete jobs efficiently
* Recording work completed via PDA or job sheet systems
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
* Basic Criminal Record Check (Disclosure and Barring Service)
