Client Manager Care Services Colchester £29,200 per annum Driving licence and own transport is required Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm Were looking for an experienced and motivated Client Manager to join one of the regions largest and most established care providers. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where youll shape the delivery of safe, person-centred care and play a key part in driving service growth. As a Client Manager, youll oversee a portfolio of care packages, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Youll build strong relationships with clients and care teams, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and safety while continually improving service quality. Alongside this, youll support the growth of the branch by monitoring performance, managing budgets, and helping to develop a skilled and reliable workforce. What youll be doing: Lead, support, and develop your care team through regular supervisions, one-to-ones, and appraisals. Monitor care delivery to ensure it meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Work closely with clients, families, and external partners to build strong relationships. Drive branch performance by meeting KPIs, managing costs, and contributing to profitability. Recruit, retain, and develop a flexible healthcare workforce. Manage complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner. Take part in the on-call rota, covering evenings and weekends when required. What were looking for: Proven experience managing teams in healthcare, social care, or a related sector. A commercially minded approach with a track record of achieving results. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills. Ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and commissioners.
