* Work Hours: 40 hours | 7am – 4pm (Flexible) | Site Based
* Contract: Permanent | full time

Are you ready to lead a high-impact team delivering exceptional workplace concierge services with our client? As the Senior Administration manager for Client Services, you will be responsible for a small team of 4 people; 2 switchboard, 1 desk booking lead and 1 travel co-ordinator.

This role will offer some training into elements of the internal technical systems, therefore could suit an individual who has worked in any of these job titles as a Team Leader or Manager; Client Services Manager, Senior Administration Manager, Corporate Data & Administration Manager.

It will be beneficial to get to site under your own transport methods, however there is a bus shuttle service from Newbury station.

This role exists to ensure the smooth, strategic delivery of workplace services that align with our clients evolving needs. It's about elevating the employee experience, optimising operations, and driving sustainable space solutions.

Within this role you will have free reign to create your own internal process in order to maximise forecasting and planning around core KPI's.


Responsibilities

As the Administration Manager within Client Services, your team responsibilities will include overseeing travel services, space booking systems, and switchboard operations, while managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You'll drive strategic projects, optimise service delivery, analyse data for reporting, and act as the key liaison for stakeholders—ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.


Skills & Requirements

* Some experience of leading small teams ideally within a client services division within a corporate or multi-site environment.
* Strong people management skills, with a proven record in completing corporate workplace-related projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities, including experience liaising with senior leadership, landlords, and external partners.
* Must have Data-driven mindset and a good understanding of Excel, in order to analyse data for forecasting and planning purposes.
