Fostering Team Manager
Salary: £44,000 - £53,000
NonStop's client, based in the Yorkshire region, is looking for an experienced Team Manager, or a Senior Practitioner looking for a step up, to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an established agency's improvement plans. You will work directly with the Registered Manager to ensure best practices throughout the team.

Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 5 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers
* Work directly with the Registered Fostering Manager to improve the service and improve Ofsted rating
* Travel weekly to Leeds and then throughout Yorkshire and the North East when needed
Requirements:
* Registration with Social work England (SWE)
* Driving License
* Knowledge of relevant legislation
* Experienced Team Manager or Senior Practitioner within fostering
