the team on shift, role modelling our values and behaviours each and every day

What you’ll get up to:
· Managing shifts day to
day to keep things running smoothly
· Managing team on shift
to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations
· Encouraging team to
give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and
drink where possible
· Maintaining high
standards across our jungle
