Build Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpenter Joiner on behalf of a leading housing association for reactive maintenance work in occupied properties across Waltham Forest.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out high-quality carpentry and joinery work, including:
Installing and repairing doors, windows, and frames
Fitting and maintaining kitchen units and worktops
Constructing and repairing skirting boards, architraves, and flooring
Performing minor partition wall installations and repairs
Perform reactive maintenance tasks to ensure properties are safe and functional
Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent service to clients
Requirements:
MUST hold an NVQ qualification in Carpentry
MUST possess a valid Blue CSCS card
MUST have proven experience in social housing carpentry and joinery, particularly in reactive maintenance
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards
Ability to work professionally and respectfully in occupied properties
