* Support NPI projects, helping to develop and improve manufacturing processes
* Work closely with production teams, suppliers and customers to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
* Gain hands-on shopfloor experience by assisting with manufacturing support, process improvements and problem-solving activities.
* Learn to create and maintain engineering documentation including BOMs, routings, SOPs, inspection plans, PFMEAs and FAIR documentation.
* Assist with investigating manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions using industry-standard root cause analysis tools such as 5Y, 3C, and 8D.
Trainee Manufacturing EngineerEssential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
* Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant engineering discipline, such as Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
* Hands on experience working within the manufacturing/engineering sector
* Strong interest and enthusiasm for the engineering industry
* Proactive, adaptable and driven personality with a willingness to learn and develop
