The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
Support students to remain engaged and focused on their learning
Gain valuable, hands-on experience within secondary education

Experience working with young people
Strong communication and classroom management skills
A positive, adaptable, and professional approach
A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning and wellbeing
