Project Manager

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple projects and acting as the primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. Your leadership, organisation, and communication skills will be key to driving successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with senior management and clients to fully understand project scope, timelines, and budget requirements
* Leading projects through all phases, ensuring delivery within budget, to agreed schedules, and in line with quality expectations
* Developing detailed project plans that provide clarity and alignment for both clients and internal project teams
* Maintaining and updating project plans to reflect changing requirements and business needs
* Producing regular project status reports for clients and senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability
* Allocating tasks effectively based on team members’ skills, experience, and strengths
* Supporting team development through coaching, guidance, and identification of training needs
