A global technology leader is expanding its team and searching for an experienced Business Development Manager (EMEA) to drive growth across a diverse range of markets. With over 500 customers across the globe, my client offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation meets opportunity.
What You’ll Do as Business Development Manager (EMEA):
* Exceed sales targets across the EMEA region
* Develop and manage strategic channel partner relationships
* Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute go-to-market plans
* Lead customer engagements and product trials that convert to revenue
* Represent the company at key events: trade shows, conferences, and seminars
* Maintain a healthy CRM pipeline and ensure flawless execution from prospect to close
Minimum Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in B2B technical hardware sales
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
* Proven ability to manage channel networks and drive regional sales
* Strong communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindset
* Bonus: Industry experience in telecom, cloud, or data centre technology
