We are seeking to appoint excellent teachers with passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to ensure the highest standards in delivering GCSE English Language, Essential Skills Communication, and Agored qualifications to post-16 learners for September 2025.

Qualifications:
* An honours degree in English Language or a related subject is preferred but not essential.
* An A level in English Language (grade A-C).
* A PGCE/Cert. Ed. qualification.
Skills and attributes:
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage a challenging workload.
* Motivated with the ability to develop rapport with learners and colleagues.
* Ability to work closely with the Leader of Learning – English to prepare learners for assessment.
* Engagement with curriculum staff regarding learner progress.
* Willingness to undertake training in Welsh language at a basic level (desirable).
Applicants will undertake a 45-minute micro-teach, an assessment, and a formal interview as part of the recruitment process.
The role requires a teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or willingness to attain one within a specified timeframe. This will be a contractual requirement and necessary for EWC registration.
