General Labourer – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Ellesmere
£12.25 per hour + Enhanced Overtime Rate + Pay Increase Opportunities
Shifts: 7:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday
The General Labourer Role
* Assisting with the production of concrete products
* Preparing moulds and pouring concrete, ensuring correct curing procedures are followed
* Helping with the removal and finishing of concrete items
* Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
* Handling and moving materials and products manually or with equipment
* Recording basic production data and completing simple paperwork
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in general labour, manufacturing, or construction is beneficial
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Able to follow instructions and meet production targets
* Works well in a team and independently
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-aware
