Junior Project Manager required for a Professional Services business based in Crawley, West Sussex. The role involves working in the office approximately twice a week, with the rest from home. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

We seek an experienced Junior Business / Finance / Change Project Manager with proven skills in business change, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong stakeholder management. Experience in delivering significant business change programmes with broad impact, especially in finance within enterprise environments, is essential.
Ideal candidates will have worked in environments where efficiency and effective use of time are critical. We value candidates who are dynamic, enthusiastic, driven, and possess at least 2 years of project delivery experience. This is not an IT project role, though familiarity with technical projects is a plus.
This position will influence internal finance team operations; examples of impactful business change experience are highly desirable. When describing stakeholder management experiences, please provide personalized, unique examples that reflect your individual contributions.
Required qualifications and experience include:
* Solid project management experience and a positive attitude
* Experience or knowledge in professional services or a similar industry
* Background in business change, strategic change, and finance impacts, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
* Understanding that this is a business-facing role focused on operational process and change, not IT project management
* Strong C-suite stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience working with time-sensitive business stakeholders
* Knowledge of firm-wide and programme complexity, especially in business change management
* Complete project lifecycle experience, from initiation to completion
* Ability to analyze value and initiatives, applying appropriate resources based on change value
* Clear articulation of personal responsibilities, influences, and impacts in projects
* Skills in mapping plans, conducting cost and SWOT analyses
* Some understanding of SDLC
* Potential for future leadership, including mentoring junior team members
* High energy, enthusiasm, and drive
