What we’re looking for
* CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience delivering mortgage and protection advice
* Strong customer focus with a solid conversion track record
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with Estate Agency teams
* Confidence in generating and converting new business

* Providing clear, compliant mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client
* Working closely with branch teams to maximise lead opportunities
* Managing your pipeline efficiently with the support of a dedicated admin team
* Playing an active part in a high-performing, supportive team environment
