SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
A Team Leader is a step up from a Senior Care Assistant position, with additional responsibilities due to proven skills and experience. You will mentor and support carers on the floor and work with the Head of Care, Deputy Manager, and Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. The role is hands-on with residents, with added responsibilities such as medication administration, administrative tasks like managing the rota, and assisting with care plan development. You will also be responsible for managing carers and seniors on the floor and deploying them appropriately.
