* Four‑day working week (Monday to Thursday)
* 39 hours per week
* Overtime available on Fridays from 6:30am to 12:00pm, paid at 1.5×
* Core working window of 6:00am to 6:00pm, with required attendance between 8:00am and 4:30pm
* 195 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays, equivalent to 25 days
* Christmas shutdown from 22December to New Year
* Additional shutdown in May, taken using annual leave
* Sick pay of 4 hours per day at full pay after one year of service
* One structured annual pay review per year

Responsibilities
* Setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce precision components
* Working from engineering drawings to tight tolerances
* Carrying out tool changes and basic programme edits when required
* Inspecting components using measuring equipment to ensure quality standards
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working area
* Supporting continuous improvement within the machining department
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience working as a CNC Turner in a manufacturing environment
* Strong understanding of CNC turning processes and tooling
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Confident use of measuring equipment such as micrometres and verniers
* A methodical, detail‑focused approach to machining work
