 
        
        Head of Invoicing, Collection & Recovery UK
This role consists of managing an Invoicing, Collection & Recovery unit of the Invoicing, Collection & Recovery department for a specific geographical scope as part of the Finance Services division in the Finance Factory. It implies organising & steering the Unit, leading & developing the people and guaranteeing IT tools, developing and maintaining internal controls & procedures, monitoring performance of the activities and encouraging & facilitating communication in order to ensure the excellence of the operations under responsibility: issuing the correct invoices to Business Partners for all services provided for their customers, collecting the outstanding amount and performing the settlement of the commissions to the Business Partners and Brokers.
What You Do
 * Issue invoices to Business Partners.
 * Send invoices to Business Partners.
 * Answer questions and queries from Business Partners on invoicing.
 * Govern the collection from Business Partners related to the invoices under management:
 o Perform cash allocation (reconciliation of received cash with invoice).
 o Evaluate new credit requests.
 o Maintain regular communications with Business Partners to facilitate collection.
 o Notify Business Partners of outstanding invoices.
 o Prepare reports to monitor invoice collection.
 * Commissions settlement:
 o Calculate commissions to be paid to Business Partners and Brokers per contracts.
 o Send reports to Business Partners and Brokers related to commissions.
 o Answer questions and queries from Business Partners on commissions.
 o Govern payments of commissions to the Business Partners and Brokers.
