ROLE: Mobile Plumber
HOURS: 40 hours per week

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Plumber to join our growing engineering team, working across a diverse range of sites where no two days are the same and there is real opportunity to develop and utilise your skillset.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Undertake inspection, maintenance and repair across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations.
2. Carry out pipework inspections, adaptations and repairs for associated equipment including pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs and TMVs.
3. Deliver planned and reactive FM maintenance services in line with SFG20 requirements and relevant Approved Codes of Practice (ACoP).
4. Provide an excellent level of service to the client by answering queries, reporting defects and keeping stakeholders informed of site activities.
5. Accurately complete all work-related documentation, including inspection reports and records of remedial works, in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications:
6. City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant plumbing discipline, or NVQ Level 2 or 3, or equivalent technical diploma.
7. Experience working within a Facilities Maintenance environment.
8. Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of Zip Taps or similar associated equipment.
