Must Have’s
* You’ll be making outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in a policy, so previous experience of engaging with customers is a must
* This role will be customer focused, so you’ll need to enjoy speaking to people!
Nice to have’s
* Experience working with a CRM system / emailing / data entry
* A target-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals
* Previous exposure to the insurance or financial services sector
So, what will you be doing?
* Making outbound calls to qualify customer interest from website, partners, and introducers
* Gathering key client information and understanding their business insurance needs
* Updating and managing records in the company CRM
* Responding to enquiries quickly and efficiently
Helpful extras
* Monday to Friday role (35 hours/week)
* Based in Gloucester, with access to free parking
* Full-time, permanent position
