Customer-service based role - Property Repairs Co-ordinator
Working within a private property company, this role within the Customer Support Team ensures adequate and compliant property maintenance is carried out by external contractors, and oversees all aspects of the customer rental journey
We're looking for someone with experience in either the property maintenance, property repairs, utilities call-outs, rental, estate agency, housing or similar industry, with a customer-focused attitude, to ensure a positive experience for all residents and prospective tenants.

Responsibilities
1. Work on varied and high-volume tasks property and tenant focused tasks throughout the day, generated through customer/tenant queries and requests, property rental lifecycles, and planned and preventative property maintenance tasks
2. Liaise on a daily basis with tenants and prospective tenants, ensuring excellent customer service at all times whether on the phone or over email.
