Job Title: Revit Technician (Building Services / MEP)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Revit Technician to join an experienced and collaborative building services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital models and technical drawings that align with project requirements and BIM standards. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers and project teams to ensure accurate and coordinated Revit models for a variety of complex building services projects.
Key Responsibilities

Produce and manage detailed Revit MEP models and associated technical drawings in line with established BIM protocols.

Develop, maintain and update Revit families, templates, schedules and annotations to support project delivery.
*
Coordinate models with multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring integration of mechanical, electrical and public health services.
*
Assist with clash detection and resolution using tools such as Navisworks or equivalent.
*
Work collaboratively with engineers and designers to reflect design intent accurately within the model.
*
Assist in producing 2D drawing outputs from Revit, including layouts, sections, details and schedules.
*
Follow BIM standards, quality assurance procedures and project delivery milestones.
*
Provide support for digital workflows, data management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
*
Proven experience working as a Revit Technician, ideally in building services (MEP) or a similar design environment.
*
Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit / Revit MEP.
*
Competency in coordinating BIM models with other disciplines and producing high-quality technical outputs.
*
Familiarity with BIM standards, workflows and UK building services context.
*
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks) is advantageous.
*
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and an ability to work effectively within a team.
