What are your contributions to the team?
1. Adhere to Bombardiers Maintenance Organization Procedures, among which the relevant parts of the MOE and applicable work instructions.
2. Comply with Environmental / Health / Safety policies and procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform all work in a safe and timely manner
3. Perform and document work performed per appropriate and approved maintenance data (e.g. aircraft maintenance manuals)
4. Identify defective aircraft components with the Material Return Form
5. Order parts in SAP
6. Carry out maintenance tasks to the standard specified in the Maintenance Data under supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff, and to notify supervisors of defects or mistakes requiring rectification to re-establish required maintenance standards
7. Report discrepancies
8. Properly process removed, uninstalled and rejected parts
9. Correct defects under supervision of Certifying Staff/Support Staff.
10. Report maintenance errors
11. Perform other duties as assigned
How to thrive in this role?
12. You have some civil maintenance experience
13. You are up to date basic knowledge requirements of Appendix I to Part-66
14. You have basic knowledge of Part-145
15. You have knowledge on EWIS and CDCCL when relevant
16. You have knowledge on, and practicing of, human factors, human performance and limitations
17. You have the ability to interpret and work with engineering drawings
18. You have the ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual task status
19. You have the ability to use standard tools, special tools and to operate ground support equipment
20. You have the ability to work in accordance with the maintenance data and to notify the function responsible of defects or mistakes requiring rectification to re-establish required maintenance standards
21. You have the ability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions
22. You have experience understanding critical tasks
23. You have basic PC skills
