The Role:
We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Key Account Executive to join OX Tools EUK and support our growing retail and national account business.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build a long term future within a fast paced, high performance organisation. Working closely with our National Account Directors, you’ll play a hands on role in managing major UK retail customers, ensuring best in class service, strong execution and seamless day to day account support.
You’ll gain exposure to high level commercial sales activity, contribute to strategic customer relationships and develop the skills needed to progress into National Account Management and wider commercial leadership roles. As the role evolves, there is also potential for international exposure and travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
National Account Support
* Provide daily support to National Account Directors across key UK retail partners
* Assist with account reviews, customer presentations, proposals and performance reporting
* Support the coordination of promotions, product launches and seasonal activity
Account Management & Administration
* Manage customer queries efficiently, delivering a consistently high service standard
* Maintain accurate account records, pricing structures and customer data
* Support order processing, stock availability checks and issue resolution
Internal Coordination
* Act as a key link between Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Supply Chain teams
* Support forecasting, product updates and contingency planning
* Ensure clear and effective communication between OX Tools EUK and retail partners
Commercial & Sales Development
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Support initiatives to increase distribution, visibility and revenue
* Gain hands on experience in national retail strategy and execution
What we’re looking for:
* Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a genuine appetite to learn
* Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident working with major customers and internal stakeholders
* Commercially aware and keen to build a long term career in sales
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in Sales, Account Support, Retail or FMCG environments
* Exposure to national retailers or trade/distribution channels
* Strong IT skills, including Excel, CRM systems and reporting tools
