Early Years Nurse Cheltenham, Sandford Park Full-time | Up to 40 hours per week | Full-time and Part-time options with full flexibility

About the settingReed is recruiting on behalf of a well-established private sector nursery caring for children aged 6 months to 5 years. The RoleWe are looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone with a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, whether newly qualified or experienced.

We are looking to enrich our team with new members who bring enthusiasm, care, and a passion for early years education.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities
• Support children’s development through play
• Assist with daily routines, including meals and snacks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers
• Take part in outdoor play and activities

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or working towards)
• Basic understanding of EYFS (support and training provided)
• A friendly, caring, and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
