About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sustainability team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our environmental reporting is accurate, credible and aligned with recognised standards.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of managing and analysing environmental data to track our progress against the Environment Strategy. You’ll transform complex data into clear insights, helping the business understand how we’re performing and where we can improve.
You’ll also research and monitor key sustainability frameworks, gathering and submitting the information needed to meet our reporting commitments. As part of this, you’ll manage our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance across multiple frameworks, preparing high‑quality reports, dashboards and presentations that provide regular updates on both our ESG obligations and wider environmental progress.
A key part of the role will also involve supporting our ISO 14001 accreditation. You’ll help maintain our internal audit programme, coordinating with auditors and ensuring our processes remain compliant and continually improving.
About you
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in developing and managing reporting programmes, and who is confident interpreting a wide range of environmental data. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on our ESG policies, performance, and processes. To do this effectively, you’ll need strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate clearly with people at all levels. High‑quality written communication is essential, as you’ll produce well‑structured reports, summaries, dashboards, and other materials to present key insights.
Because data plays a major part in this position, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable analysing environmental data sets and using them to support decision making. You should be confident transforming complex data into informative reports and clear narratives that help others understand trends, risks, and opportunities.
A keen eye for detail is vital. You’ll rely on accuracy, consistency, and critical thinking to articulate complex arguments and present information in a way that is both compelling and easy to understand.
We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in ESG reporting, ISO 14001, or environmental auditing.
If you’re passionate about using data and confident reporting to influence positive environmental outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
