The Role
Electrical Engineering Lecturer

Key Responsibilities
5. Plan and deliver high-quality theory and practical lessons across core electrical engineering topics (e.g., circuits, installation, testing, inspection, maintenance) in line with the curriculum and awarding-body standards.
6. Assess and monitor learner progress, carrying out formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners toward successful completion of their qualifications.
7. Maintain a safe and well-organised learning environment, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, managing equipment safely, and promoting good engineering practice.
About You
8. Relevant electrical engineering qualification (e.g., Level 3+ Electrical Installation, HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent industry experience).
9. Experience within the electrical engineering or electrical installation sector, with strong technical competence and up-to-date industry knowledge.
10. Strong teaching, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to engage learners of different abilities and support their progression.
