It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery. ROLE SUMMARY The Lead Engineer will support the PL/PE/DE to ensure the delivery of Seating with the right quality, meeting customer expectations. This demanding role requires the Lead Engineer to manage technical delivery and resolve design issues. The Lead Engineer will work closely with the Module Leader/Lead Engineers and customers to ensure service delivery is achieved. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Overseeingtechnicaldelivery,inputting/validatingDFMEA/DVP,andensuringdeliveryqualitywithaFirst-TimeRightapproach.
