About the role
We are looking for a reliable Class 1 Driver to join our growing team for general haulage work, including collecting ferry trailers from Immingham Docks, delivering to customer sites, tipping, reloading, and returning to the docks.
* Carrying out timely collections and deliveries across the UK
* Ensuring secure transport of goods using curtainsider trailers
* Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects
* Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and driving hours
* Adhering to all road safety and transport regulations
Shifts available: Monday to Friday Days, 4o4o days, and tramping.
About you
The ideal candidate will be a professional and dependable Class 1 driver with a solid understanding of general haulage operations. Experience working with curtainsider trailers, a strong commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to vehicle checks and compliance are essential. Excellent timekeeping, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work independently are required. A clean driving record, up-to-date CPC and DIGI card are necessary, and prior experience with dock or ferry trailer work is a definite advantage. This role is suitable for someone seeking steady, reliable work within a well-organized transport team.
